Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a full service talent agency, with offices in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, London, Beijing, and St. Louis. SUMMER INTERN PROGRAM
The CAA Summer Intern Program (SIP) provides a broad introduction to careers within an entertainment agency. The SIP is a six-week experience that exposes juniors and seniors in college, as well as graduate students, to the culture of CAA. Interns leave with a working knowledge of the agency business.
This is accomplished through:

areas
· Meaningful work projects in an assigned area
· Exposure to group activities/presentations with
client projects
· Mentorship by current agent trainees

2. AGENT ASSISTANT
CAA Agent Assistants are among the most talented young professionals interested in learning the agency and entertainment worlds from the ground up. Assistants work hands-on with agents to support a multitude of clients within our business.
Our ideal candidate is:
Motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Flexible, highly organized and has the ability to multi-task.
Ability to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
3. AGENT TRAINING PROGRAM
The CAA Agent Training Program develops a diverse group of young agents and executives, poised to succeed within CAA’s culture and across all of its businesses. It is also vital that Agent Trainees grow as individuals and community members. The program is designed to help Agent Trainees develop an expertise in one area of CAA’s business practices, while maintaining a basic level of proficiency across all other areas of the company.
This is accomplished through:
Systematic curriculum development to educate and hone skills
Group activities/presentations with client projects
Opportunity to participate in real business opportunities
Rotation programs to maximize exposure across the agency
Mentorships and speakers series to guide Agent Trainees
Volunteer opportunities in the community
